‘Fishy Phrases’ Workshop

‘Fishy Phrases’ - exploring fish in our everyday language with Beth Lettington

Creative response workshop for all ages (art supplies and biscuits provided!) At the Deep (but meet at gallery 1st)

Have you ever wondered what a fish riding a bicycle would actually look like? Now is your chance to find out. By creating artistic responses to fish proverbs both old and new, this workshop offers the opportunity to explore the presence of fish in our everyday language and lives. This workshop is led by Beth Lettington and is inspired by her contribution to the Critical Fish Trail, ‘To Hold an Eel by the Tail’. FREE of charge but donations to the Critical Fish Trail welcome!

Drop in anytime between 11am and 3pm at the gallery and one of us will walk across with you to The Deep (education room) (about 5 mins easy walk).

Free or pay what you can
